Transformer 240v to 110v issue

Hi,
I have recently bought a Pashislo machine (baseball theme). I need to purchase a voltage step-down converter (UK to US). Question is what VA load do I need please? Also have you any recommendations for a particular type.

First of all, check the data plate to see if it's a 24vac machine or a 100vac machine. If it's a 100vac, and it's still got the 2 pin plug on it. The easest thing is to pop down your local Maplins and get their 300w 240-110v power adaptor, That's what I use on both my pachislos.
