Broken Key
Hey guys, I have a few of these machines and wish I had found this place earlier, lots of helpful info.
Anyway, disaster has struck and one of my door keys got snapped and I can't use it to open the door any more. Is there any way to open the door back up without the key, or is this one a goner? Also, is there some common way to reset the machine from the outside?

you can reach in from the side or bottom to release the sliding door latch.
too bad your key brokesome machines will do a soft reset turning the key to the left

That does seem easier than dislocating your elbow to try and turn the key from the back. Thanks guys.
