Default 1st machine in 7 years. Toyotec Coinland

Howdy all. I thought I would share a pic of a machine I just got. Have not touched pachinko in a long time. Kids renewed interest. This was a craigslist local find I got down to $70. Had about 400 balls. pretty clean, reminds me of Super Mario. The little hands occasionally open and close. Some Japaneese printed on a lable maker on the front, not figured it out yet.

Anyone think dave rob card dongle would work? It has 8 segment leds on front anD a dongle in the back. I was just nervous to try it.

Ok, this is bad. I already purchased yet anotherone! I am having flashbacks of a basement full. I was digging on craigslist and found a 80s style machine. It was 7 hrs away from me, up in minnisota. But I had family that was a bout an hr drive so they went and picked it up. The picture was pretty poor on craigslist, but I noticed something...... a spring sticking out over the top of the machine. I wondered if it was what I thought it was. The guy wanted 125 which I thought was quite high for a electromechanical. But I got him to snap a pic of the back and sure enough there in all its glory was an orange ball lifter. 100 bux later and its on the way. Another pleasant surpeise was that it came with a gallon milk jug 3/4 full of balls, not sure how many that is but I think its more thanithan I have now. Ill take pics as soon as I get it.

Hi all, well just got home and here are some quick pics of the machine And the lifter on the back. Mchine is dirty but works fine. I wasnt sure about the lifter as it hashad a cord marked 24v it. I tried 24v and it did nothing, so I tried 110 and bingo it started right up. Ive never had a lifter before and they are so cool. Pretty darn fast. There is a solenoid under the lifter that has the wires cut, not sure what its for.

    Machine name says
    Parlor derudasu

Im very happy with my little long distance gamble purchase.

thanks guys! Now mopar, you have me intrigued. .. how would u do it? I got a nice long wall to put them on. I was thinking of cabinets built of 1x10s and using french cleats to hold them to t he wall, but for ball distribution im not sure yet, what do you think?

I would think you could easily rig up a ball return system using common 3" or 4" PVC pipe, reducing to 1 1/2" to feed the upper hoppers with some fittings, and a little "MacGyveresque" ingenuity.

one large tub with large diameter pvc pipe running to each machine.. the tube has to be big enough to pass 3 or 4 balls together to eliminate jams.

the starting tube would have to be big enough to support a hole for each machine with space of the shutoff switch.. .. something like a paint tray or something custom..

i dont think ya can reduce to smaller size.. the reduction will cause a jam point... i dont think i would use 90 elbows either.. i would try 45 instead.. with all of this your lifter is going to have to lift further and have enough balls to fill every tube and shut off the over full switch..

I also have a lower pitch idea, made from wood but that's stuck in my head... im not sure how to put it all into words alone

Great ideas, well my french cleat wont work, turns out my basement walls are steel studded, and a test pulled a lag right thru it. I guess I could use the wing expanding type but I think I am going with some type of stand. I have 30+feet of wall I can load up with pachis

There's other options for wall mounting on steel studs than toggle bolts.....check it out...these bolts hold 150lb EACH!
