    Default Arrangeball?? Challengeball

No picture of the inside, and I can't make out if thats a key slot or a medal slot, I think a key hole and upper and lower trays on the front. so might be a challenge ball? dispite arrangeball written all over it

What I do know is that at the moment it has 29 bids and from a starting price of 21 yen, It is now at 57,000 yen
    Looks in great condition too

Looks like a Fuji-Shoji "Excite" arrangeball. But that is an odd key slot... Have this one on one of the umpteen different super famicon emulator pachi games... So yeah. Probably a popular one.

-- correction -- Says "Shuttle 21"... and something actually explaining why it's rare... need to do a google on this one...

-- edit #2 -- wow... this one looks cool and complicated... check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhaDht68TJc
So yeah... that's a key dealie...

-- edit #3 -- just saw something else on a pachi blog - And do not use the term "Arepachi" is, "Arepachi (R)" is.. attributed to the TAIYO ELEC... trademark registration (registration No. 4496646 No. trademark, March 2000 application).

so... I've been breaking the law! Oh no!

eh... it was a Japanese pachi blog... But then, I personally reserve the opportunity to wave that trademark registration number wildly in the air around the next poster that mistakenly calls his Fuji arrangeball an "arepachi."

Or are my training wheels still on?

Not sure what to call it officially but arepachi fits. It's has the number matrix of an arrangeball but pays in balls so there's the pachinko part. Are-pachi.
IIRC, the machines that Taiyo calls arepachi are of this type.

Well if we are splitting hares? Before I ever knew their was an Arrangeball I called them all arepachis.

Now if you actually read a lot about them they are called either.

now for the fact of the matter the difference IS????

An arepachi pays off in balls......

An Arrangeball pays off in coins of some type.

After years of trial and error you can use a variety of coins to make an Arrangeball work and I have a couple that work without adjustment on a couple of different coins. All of mine are adjustable, some just easier than others.

This to me [ in my opinion ] is an arepachi. A very nice one but with an electric shooter.

Honestly I think we stick with the nomenclature y'all have been using all along... per Teddy's description.

I only mentioned that trademark thing cuz I thought it was funny... and I was in a weird mood... and the gravy on my lunch chicken curry was watery... EVIL!

    Default Arrangeball Challengeball

Here’s one a lot cheaper... poorer condition though. I still think it’s really neat!
