E1 Problem Pachislo Capsul Hopper have a E1 i can not reset Please Help

Hello i´m a From Germany and new heer.
At first i wish you all a Happy new Year.
I Have a Sammy Spiderman with an Original Capsul Hopper From Japan.
I The Pachislo is no token Hopper. In The Stand is a Capsul Hopper.
i Have no Key for Service, so i have build in a switsch.
I have tried:
Power of and pusch the switsch plus the smal one (From inside of the Door) and without.
Nothing works, everytime it Shows me only E1.
Maybe the Pictures disclame it better.
I Hope someone can Help me.

this is the reset for a standard Pachislo... hope it helps

In order to change odds, machine must be in idle mode with no tokens or credits being played.

Locate internal toggle switch (red tipped or silver with on/off tabs) or insert key into internal key switch (if your machine came with 2 keys).

Machine must be turned OFF. Turn key clockwise or flip reset toggle switch to the "ON" or "ODDS" position. Turn main power switch ON to access programming mode.

A number from 1 to 6 will be displayed on the CREDIT meter on the front door or on a display inside the door.

Locate the reset button. This will be located on your power supply. On SAMMY brand models, the button is on the inside of the door only.

Depress the button and notice movement of number being displayed on the credit meter. Once the desired level is displayed (1 to 6) pull "spin reels" handle (black or red knob on front door) down, like you are going to spin the reels, to lock odds level into machine memory.

Turn key switch back or flip toggle to "OFF" or "PLAY" position. Machine should immediately initialize. You will know the machine initialized if the "Insert Medal" light starts flashing. If not, make sure you remembered to press down the "SPIN REELS" lever. If it still doesn't initialize, turn power to the OFF position, wait 15 seconds and turn power switch back to ON position.

Errr wow. Not sure what to say, apart from where did you find that.
As you have already said, both the token acceptor and the payout hopper have been tampered with or removed to put it in the arcade cabinet. I guess the whole thing came from Japan as the instructions say to put a 100 yen coin in the slot in the cabinet and the machines own token slot has been filled in.

Sammy E-1 error seems to be a ram error, doing an odds reset should cure it.

you can try the reset as previously mentioned, also note that if this did come from Japan it should be wired up originally for 100v,

Do you have any capsuls in the prize dispenser. Maybe the error code is because there are no prizes to dispense. I am not a big fan of capsul type machines...but yours is pretty cool! Hope you get it working!

Thanks for your fast answers.
I have tried this reset, last week many times. But the Error is still there.
I have got these Maschine from a dutchman arcade Importer (with 2 really Cool Pachinkos).
i really did not know that it was a capsul machine.
But i think this looks really Cool.
I have only 2 Capsuls maybe this is the Problem, i will try it tomorrow.

Yes i did it.
In the link from drunkenclam, i see there is a free space on the place from the hopper.
by my Pachi is a (service) modul. with 2 dipswitch´s and 1 Button.
with the right one is for Reset MODE.
with the Left one , i can move the Capsul Hopper.
the Button is for Credits (30).
Now i can PLay.
