i would love to get my hands on part of this auction but something seems wrong, it says it came over without proper documentation so US Customs must be holding it, i'd bet there are fees that the buyer will have to pay to US Customs.

If they are being held up by customs, then they have not entered this country yet whether or not they actually reside on our soil. Apparently customs isn't going to allow them in, period. So there's nothing you can do about it. Another country might allow them in like Canada was mentioned but I doubt you'd still be able to get them into the US.
On your list request. Are you wanting a list of the machines for sale in the container that DGI has listed?
Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.
