Road Star Pachinko doesn't pay out

Last week I picked up a "nib" pachislo for my game room, they also had a "nib" pachinko for sale. In the end they gave me the pachinko for free. I got it fired up and am trying to figure it out. So far it seems to work, fires balls, makes a bunch of noise when you get a ball in the middle etc but so far it hasn't paid out a single ball. There are 2 doors that look like they should pop out sometime, but neither has moved so far.

I'm guessing something on the back needs set in a different way. I had to snap a ramp upwards to keep balls loaded in the top tray from just dumping out. Now when I dump them in the top it rings a bell, loads a bunch in the top tray, and drops exactly 1 ball each bell ring into the basket. A counter of some type I"m guessing. Anyways, this is what I've got and I'd like to get it working correctly before I release the kids on it! Thanks in advance.















I can snap some other pics if I'm missing something that would help. Speaking of other things, is their a volume on these things? Holy cow.

I would start by getting every single ball out of the system, then refill the payout hopper and try it one ball at a time in the start pocket and see if you can tell what's not happening correctly.

your Pictures are a bit confusing

second pic shows the balls not making it to the payout motor..
third pic looks like they may be ready for a payout.. or still a bit short of the payout motor.. (not 100% familiar with that frame)
fourth and fifth shows a huge ball jam ( AKA balls waiting to counted for payouts )

the balls in pics 4&5 need to be cleared..

Sort of what the others have said, you have a huge amount of balls waiting to go through the system that makes the machine payout, As the machine isn't paying out, they just collect there.
Also as Mopar say, If you look at the channel down from the payout tank in the top down through the first bend, You have the pressure plate (white nylon) that lets the machine know it has enough balls. The balls seem to be stuck on that first bend and not making it to the pressure plate. Might be a loose screw, fluffy, oversized ball stopping it from flowing freely, But that would be the first place to check

There should be a slider switch on the back somewhere.... They usually have three positions - Really loud, earsplitting, and deafening.
