Heiwa pachinko machine help

Hello everyone:
I could use a little help, i have a heiwa pachinco machine it say's no.265516 m-h-c
also on front it says big hit human creative then it has a 449? The lights come on but the plastic part that strikes the ball on the handle does nothing when you turn it? I don't see anything broken how do i fix it? And where can i get a user manuel to print out?

Could you post some pictures (front and back) when you get a chance. That will greatly help in solving your problem.

your machine has a bit of a ball jam.. that is a problem.. your shooter not working can be a few causes..

can you describe in more detail what it is doing or not doing??

how many pachine balls do you have?? is the top back hopper full?/ (does it have enought to trip the levers??)

did it ever work for you?

Heiwa mahjong story

pre dongle. Make sure you have a good hand contact on the shooter. Trace your way back from the shooter motor and check connections on the way.

I am in socal los angeles,ca. The problem I have is the piece that hits the ball striker is missing as you can see in the picture, I am not sure how or where to replace this? and I need to order the balls as I don't have enough only about 100

its a cone shaped spring..

finding one could be hard..

If all you need is a spring it should be pretty easy to find.

I know Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. sells various springs. You might find something you can modify to make it work.

There is a ton of compression springs on ebay, too.

You could also call a spring manufacturer if you can't find what you need. I googled conical springs and tapered springs, and got some pretty useful results.

i dotn have one that style... all of mine are the older style ..

Sankyo use a spring on some of their shooters. I don't know if one from a different machine will fit or work. My Heiwa in newer frames did away with the spring and have a rubber cap instead.
