I don't think this has been posted yet, but I could be wrong!!I know nothing about these so I'll let the experts say if it looks all there or not.. $499 seems like a high start to me, but again I could be totally wrong!!

Well I had one exactly the same without the modifications. I sent it down to mopar and I think he probably still has it.
more about the machine itself. This machine is a very generic Arrangeball. It has an easy payout with the center paying one coin. This machine can be adjusted to play with tokens, quarters or my favorite the gold dollar coin ( by my personal mechanic mopar ). If you look closely someone has taped quarters across the place the balls feed. That all being said if you are in the market for an Arrangeball machine the balloon ones have the simple works and are fun to play. These machines usually have a switch to change the payout between five and ten max payout and I had one that paid fifteen. The play field is heavily water stained and the payout placard is bleached out.
With that all being said I think the price for the machine is about what it should be if it works as stated. I am always afraid of the shipping on this type of machine because of the shipper and I highly reckoned insurance.

im glad to see they seem to know how it works and state that it does work..
i find it strange the shooter window appears to be full of coins.. also the instructions are either totally faded or gone
