Who can i buy just the Cells from for some existing frames i have? Presently Star Wars and Thunderbirds.

Big question. Which version of both do you have?

I get all my cels from Japan, although some of the older ones are hard to get and have ended up buying a desktop unit and converting it back to the cel.
