Default Stop Buttons on Azure XXXX 7s

I want to start with I am new here so if this problem has been addressed, sorry for bringing it up again. I have looked through the forum and couldn't find a real fix for my problem.

The stop buttons on my machine have stop working. I took the board out and cleaned the sensors but that didn't help at all. When the play stick is hit the wheels start spinning but only stop after about 20 seconds (I'm guessing thats the timeout period). I am willing to replace the board I just don't know where to get one. Any help would be great!

    Thank you ahead of time

I am not familiar with your pachislo, but when you say "sensors" do you mean "connectors"?
There should be a cable coming from the panel that has the stop buttons. Follow this cable to where it connects to circuit board. How is that connection?
Also, there is another circuit board that controls the stopping of the reels. This is usually on the inside upper right of the cabinet. Are all cables connected to it good and tight? There might be a fuse there, is that fuse blown?
Also, the power supply has fuses, are they good as well?

    Just some things to check.

    Could be a faulty stopboard.

I checked the connector boards and everything looks good. All the cables are connected tight and there are no fuses blown. I took off all the cables and reconnected them just in case there were loose. Nothing changed.

Ok, so I went ahead and replaced the fuse even though it wasn't blown. The new fuse seemed to fix it. So guess the fuse was blown and I just missed it. Thank you for the responses.

I always check fuses even if they look ok. It only takes a few seconds and can save a lot of problems. Glad you got it working.
