biohazard pachislot help please

I am having trouble with this machine , when I turn it on it goes to the menu screen , and that's it. I forget how to play , I had it unplugged for a couple months , please if anyone can help me that be great . thank you

"How To Set the Skill Levels of Your Pachislo
HOW CHANGE ODDS:

"TURN YOUR MACHINE OFF FIRST"

1. Locate internal key switch, and insert key.
Note: In order to change odds, machine must be in idle mode with no tokens/coins or credits being played and off.

2. Turn "reset" key switch to on, to access programming mode.

3. Turn on machine now.

4. Depending on machine type, a number from 1 to 6 will be displayed on one of the LED meters on front door. (please note on some models the numbers could be displayed inside the machine)

5. Locate and push Skill button. Depress button and notice movement of number being displayed in LED meter.

6. Once desired level is displayed (1 to 6), push down on play handle (Joy Stick) for 10 seconds, and on some machines depress both "BET CREDITS" and "COLLECT CREDITS" buttons to lock odds level into machine memory.

7. Turn "reset" key back to off.

8. Machine should immediately initialize. If not, turn power switch to the OFF position, wait 15 seconds and turn power switch back to ON position.


Also just to confirm some additional info (from member Chrisdice) regarding hard reset

Two switches on the power supply:
- One requires a soft reset at the end of a bonus.
- The other pays out all tokens at the end of a bonus.

For these switches in most cases off is in the down or right position. The for off and on are:

有 = on

I have a menu screen translation that was sent to me. I believe it is a PDF file (I don't even know what that means!), I downloaded it from my Email, and the file is in my computer. I can view it...but don't know how to post it. When I tried to select it from my downloads and try to post it like a picture, it skipped over that file. I cant find it when I "Go Advanced"

I got the pdf file thanks , but still stuck on the option screen and not sure what to do to start playing.

On my Biohazard, when I select the menu screen, the left button = select, and the right button = OK, as displayed on the screen. Neither button will exit the menu screen. When I press "Max Bet" or press the single bet button, it exits the menu screen and bets what was pressed. This made me think...I have credits stored, what happens when you have NO credits to bet? So I pressed and held the button to the left of the single bet button to dump my credits (as tokens) into the tray. Now when i pressed, and entered the menu screen, I could not exit, because I have no credits to bet, Nor could I add credits! Probably because I was stuck in the menu screen! I was able to do something with the power switch and reset key, and it worked! now that I tried to do it again, in order to walk you through it...mine is now stuck in menu mode, with "88" on both payout and credit screens. I'm sure it is something simple. I am going to try a full reset and post results. You DO have a reset key...don't you?

yes that's the same as mine with the 88 on both, ya I have a key but not really sure how to do all that.

Ok, I tried this several times with consistent results. First, get machine stuck in menu mode. Start with KEY OFF, POWER ON. 1) Turn power OFF. 2) Turn key ON. 3) Press SPIN KNOB. 4) Turn key OFF. Machine should now accept tokens for credit, and spin after 3 tokens.

another question you might know the answer to, the intro video is there a volume for that at all?,I have the reg volume up but the intro was to low last time I played it thanks

I never paid attention to that. I'll "listen"into that and tell you what I think. I hope you get your "menu" thing fixed!

after #1 when I turn it off when do I turn itback on? and whats #3 the spin knob. thanks

got it working theres a white button on the inside of the door I pressed that to 6 and it started working. my next question is why don't I hear any sound on the intro with the zombies and stuff ? thanks alot

AH YES, the odds button! I didn't think it would cause that problem. 6 is loosest, and 1 is tightest, To change: Power off, key on, push white button to desired number, press spin knob, turn powe back on. Mine is quiet on the intro screen as well.

Can't help ya there. I have never sought out a machine. Just latch onto deals I stumble across.

how does the volume button work?

There is a small red knob on a circuit board, in a clear box, mounted on the upper right of the inside...behind the top hinge. It has no stops (beginning or end). There are about 8 to 10 levels of volume, plus silent. The quietest position is ALMOST quiet enough. I added an L-PAD for the bottom 2 speakers. The top 2 were still overpowering the bottom when I had it where I wanted. I attempted to add...1st an L-PAD, then I tried potentiometers for the top speakers...without success. All they seemed to do was change the pitch...not the volume. I gave up.
