Got another pachislo game, I belive with issues

Just picked this up and the previous owner said that it had stooped working after it was cashing out from the hopper and it stopped. He said he pulled out the hopper and 2 wires on the coin optic came loose from where they were soldered on the optic. He said he soldered them back but was insure if he installed them in the correct locations. Now it just blows the fuse on the board behind the award glass which I believe is either the reel stop board and or the hopper control board. I wil include some pics for reference.

That's a pretty cool looking machine! I kind of favor the older simpler models. Sorry I can't help...but can you post another pic of the front from a different angle? A pic of the inside would be pretty cool also!

i have seen on like yours for sale in the bay area a few years back.. the seller wanted to much and would not come down on his price.. i have an older one but its mechanical.. nothing like yours

I would bet that the wires are in the wrong place. Pull them off, and if it stops blowing fuses... good. Send a pic of where the other end of those three wires go. And a pic of the other side that little board so we can see what the components are. Then we could take an educated guess on where they're supposed to go.

I added the pics of what the three wires go to on my original post. From the connector they go back to the bottom left of the machine where the on/off switch is along with a couple toggle sitches. As far as that fuse goes, is it just a standard 1A fast acting short fuse? I was gonna go try to find some replacements for testing purposes.

I removed and disconnected the hopper completely and the machine still blows the 1A fuse when I turn the game on. What else could cause this?

Can you get a pic of the other side of the small board in they are connected to? Other side of board in #2 of your first three pics...

Your AC1293aP2 reel stop board picture shows it has an exploded capacitor at location C10. Replace that tantalum capacitor with a new one of the correct value. It's a polarized capacitor so you must install it in the correct orientation or else it will blow up too.

There is a possibility your +5 volt regulator on the board may have failed too (shorted).

C10 is a 1 uf @ 50 volt dipped tantalum capacitor. You'll need a magnifying glass to read the polarity symbols on it.

I don't know if it works, I have no way to test it.
