    Default Total score! FERRARI PACHINKO!

As a Pachinko collector and Ferrari owner I was amazed I had not heard of this title before, so when it showed up on ebay I jumped on it.

The ones I have now are all Lumina frame types, I have not owned a CR before. How similar are they to the Lumina? Is the ball return conversion the same? Any special tricks or tips on this model?

I think you will find, Most Sankyo Lumina frames are CR, The give away is the ball loan buttons on the front

Do you mean you want to convert the machine to cyclic operation?

Sweet if they are pretty much the same! Yes, I converted my others to cyclic and would want to do the same to this one.

CR is used to denote that it connects to the card reader systems in the parlour,

For cyclic I guess its more hacking away the plastic and installing a return ramp to send the balls back to the front tray. I have done the reverse and converted 2 cyclic machines back to normal use

I didn't see a specific brand other than the CMI (Crossmedia International) on the screen shot, and CR as the listing. Manufacturer is listed as Sansei R&D, I have never had one of their machines before and didn't know if CR related to it, thanks.

Oh man, just saw another much desired title I missed somehow, Robotech! (Macross) Fever Macross Pachinko Promotional Video (PV) - YouTube Anybody got one for sale?

    Cool machine! Congratulations,
You probably already know this, but since your machine has never been played, make sure it has the proper voltage before plugging it in
nothing is more heartbreaking to a buyer than to accidentally fry their purchase

Edit: Just read in description that it had been coverted and playedbefore,

Howdy . I had a CR Ferrari back in 2007 parlor set up machine and it was fun !! and when I went to Las Vegas in 2008 I ran a little sort of cash and went to the now "Pawn Stars " pawn shop and got $350 for it You,re gonna enjoy the shifter control on the lower right of the machine cause one of the chance reaches you have to shift at the right time to get to the possible fever

How is the sound, do you happen to know if the 355F1 is one of the cars? I was sold after seeing the Testarossa was in it! I am toying with the idea of mounting it in the garage Vs the arcade but I also want to keep it super nice... decisions decisions.

Looks like you got a pretty good price, considering how little it has been used! I expected it to go for more! One of the "BENEFITS" of a bad economy!

The Ferrari machine that was just on Ebay is already set up cyclic, according to the seller.

This machine has not had a ball return adjustment, so balls will drop from the back of the machine.

The CR FERRARI is an unadjusted factory sample we received from Sansei R&D (manufacturer) years ago. Sansei is a small/mid-sized manufacturer- they had a recent blockbuster machine CR Garo which was a huge hit in Japan and has a couple of different releases if I am not mistaken. Our company (CMI) was the licensee and we are not a manufacturer. This is the first machine I worked on actually, directly with Ferrari SPA and the development team. This machine has no ball return and is the EHW spec (I believe there are 4 different spec/odds, each with a different cell design, this is one of the lighter spec ones). This precise machine has been powered-on less in its life than a machine would be in a hall in Japan in one day. It's 24V configured, Sansei included a 24V-100V converter on the back of the wooden frame, and we also have a 100V-120V converter. We're shipping many machines this week and this one will leave it's old home shortly.

    I hope you enjoy!

Thanks to mrlax, a great guy to do business with. I modified the game for semi-cyclic and it isn't as straight forward as a Lumina/Sankyo but was still only about a 20 min job and it works great. What is interesting is that the game has no dongle, makes me wonder if the software might be somewhat different given that the machine was never destined for a parlor? I took it to the Ferrari meet though and it got a great reception, an amazing machine!

All the cars and sounds are exactly as they are in real life cause Ferrari worked side by side with the development of the pachinko machine . I do believe all the cars that they made up to the production of this machine are here
