Memeber "Cardwii" has quite a few that he is selling on eBay. I would check with him.

Just for the sake of accuracy and what has been established on this site (which has to be the authority along with pachimono.com), the correct spelling is "arepachi". Also, the machines that Cardwwi has are arrangeballs, not arepachis. Arrangeballs use coins to start a game, have an arrangement either circular or a square of 16 numbers on the cel, have a row of 16-18 pockets at cel bottom and pay out in coins. Arepachis don't pay out in coins but pay out in balls and are the evolution of arrangeball machines. They also don't have the matrix of numbers on the playfield (that I've seen) but do have an LED readout and I'm guessing a more elaborate scoring system since they're much newer than arrangeballs.
Check Cardwwi's on eBay, Craig's list, and one was just on Yahoo Japan Auction.
