    I thought ebay didn't permit the sale of equipment that circumvented copy protection schemes.
    I have never seen a game doctor, super ufo, magic drive, multi-game hunter, or similar device on ebay.
    Still have mine though,

    Ebay has to find it to remove the item, a lot of times they don't till after the auction ends.

    the last one I bought was cancelled after the sale, but, i had paid already and got it delivered

    I had the same thing happen with a collectible Nintendo Famicom multicart (multiple game cartridge) a few years back. I concluded the net effect of ebay's action was to bilk themselves out of the commission they already earned. Kind of silly for something that was collectable and not even current tech.
