Questions about Mobasuro モバスロ menu

Hi guys.
I just bought my first pachislot last week. The model i choose is an Evangelion Seimei from Bisty. What a beauty


Everything work fine and dandy. But I have some questions about stats and progression saving.
The pachislot offers to save all your data via the Mobasuro website. It generates a QR-code which sends you to the website when you flash it with your mobile phone.(see the capture below)

I created an account on the Mobasuro website but when I flash the QR-code the website just give me an error that i can't understand because of my poor japanese.

So my questions are:
Do you have some information about the Mobasuro platform?
Is anyone achieved to use it?
Is there any other way to save his progression?

I'm sorry I can't offer help with this one, I've never used a pachislo with this feature

However I seem to recall a couple of threads recently about QR codes being used for game progress and so some members are using this system and hopefully will post with advice for you
