    Default WTB: Vintage Sanyo cover

Not sure what to call it? Chute cover? Channel cover? Either way, it's the MISSING cover on this machine I am restoring for my friend. It belonged to his grandfather and asked me to help him.

There are no lights or or switches on it, can those be found somewhere?
Here's the machine, third pic shows the cover missing.

You should be able to find a ball track cover here...

    That's great, Card Shark! Thanks!
They have the exact one I need, for the Comet. They DON'T have the little chunk that the left side of the track covers clips into (seen in this pic, far left)

If I could get my hands on one for awhile, I could probably replicate it.

I think in this case, I will fabricate something for the time being, and continue searching for that small piece.

No the slider is there. Bill has made them out of plastic. If you want I will haul out my Sanyo tomorrow and take pictures of the track cover. If you doubt me send Bill an email or PM asking for more pictures. (member cardwwi)

No I don't mean the slider, I mean the part the slider clips into!

Oh now I see what your talking about. (sorry didn't look at the pics in your post.)

Yeah you would be better off taking a piece of sheet metal and bending it to shape and then putting a screw where that cover goes (where the screw hole is).
