Default Nishijin Metal Army 15 and 6 machine

I just picked up this great machine and it was working fine. The hopper that holds the balls when you get it in the center for a spin was jammed. I removed the piece on the back to release the balls and now there is an alarm going off and I can't see any way to reset the machine. Any ideas on how to reboot this machine?

    Welcome to Pachitalk.

Pachinko's rarely have actual official model names, especially older ones, so it is most helpful if you post clear post of the front and back of your machine and where you "removed" the piece. It's much easier to troubleshoot with pictures (plus sum of us hav problems with reedin and rightin.). As a bonus, pictures are just so fun to look at when Pachinkos are the subject.

Here are pics front and back. I removed the panel pictured separately. They are all held in with plastic pressure buttons so it came right off and went right back on. I assume I triggered a tilt or anti tamper setting.

there should be a reset button on the back somewhere, usually near the on/off switch or main board. hold in while powering on.

sometimes just turning it on and off a few times resets it

Your reset button should be to the left of the error code window, on the side of the purple box..I think its marked with a yellow arrow!! Try pushing that button and if that doesn't work turn off the machine, hold in the button, turn the machine back on and keep holding the button for a few seconds and see if that works!!

    Not quite true.
Moderns almost ALWAYS have an official name (on a nameplate, either front, back, or both).
    Vintages rarely do.
There is always another machine around the corner...

Thank you all for your help. Not sure how I reset the machine but I did and I can play again. I think I am still not 100% because the purple box with the arrow and little button (that I read resets the counter?) is flashing an E and 2 dashes. My son has run about 1000 balls through the machine since I got it going again but it would be very cool if it was firing on all cylinders. Need to get one of the fob things too I guess.
