Default Newest arrival (early modern hanemono) バトルシツプ I by Sankyo

This machine popped up recently on CL and after not finding any info on it, I figured it was necessary to go check it out in person!
The seller said he found it while cleaning out a house that was going to be sold, and that he knew nothing about it

I was immediatly struck by how colorful it was, and fell in love Then after seeing it was an Airplane style hanemono, that sealed the deal ( I think the first Hanemonos might have been airplane style, and that why the central flippers are referred to as being "wings", but candyflip or another knowledgeable member would know better)

It took a replacment fuse and finding out where two wires were supposed to be in order to get it up and running, and now it works great!
Its only missing one non-essential spinner near the number 2 pocket, but this doesn't detract from its charm or playability at all!

    Feast your eyes!

I am a bit curious about the full name,
it's written as バトルシツプ I (posting a picture of the label below)which seems to contain the word battleship (the first three characters) as well as some extra characters that seem to say Shi-tsu-pu?

would that perhaps be a name? (Battleship Shi-tsu-pu?) the I indicates that there might be an alternative background out there somewhere

any help with this would be appreciated

    hope you enjoy!

    nice!

PS: That's a lowercase tsu (ッ instead of ツ) its a kind of a "hard stop"... makes previous sound short / next sound hard (I think??? kinda doing this from memory). So what you have is a Battleship I. (as in "you sank my...")
    Woof!

    Here's a video,
It has a very fast pace, and when this thing starts paying out, it gushes! making it impossible to keep the hopper filled while filming by myself
so it going to take two people to film a full 15 round jackpot for sure

Nice find! Looks like a fun game! I don't see any missing spinners. Is it a regular size spinner, or like those 2 big ones at the top? If you need a regular size spinner...I can give you one from my parts machine. I just can't tell where one is missing from.

It's a very small plastic spinner just to the left of the number 2 pocket in this picture ( its almost unnoticeable)
The original actually broke off and a replacement would need to be glued on

It's such a small thing I'm not even going to worry about it , but thanks so much for the offer pachiwall
