No payout and it also jams during fever mode

Nishijin Y O model pachinko machine : Lot 113A

Hi, I am new to the forum and I am seeking some help. My game plays fine (except no payouts!) and you can get to fever mode. Once in fever mode it will "tilt" after a couple of rounds. I think that this is because the balls in the center track (on the back) fill up too far without giving a payout.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix the issue?

you should have a ball dump lever near the side where the tracks are in the back, you could try dumping the balls to see if there is a jam, make sure you have something to catch them in

there should be a little metal piece like a fork near the top back tray, that should always be flipped up, so it doesn't block the flow of the balls.

when the little door opens and closes during a fever you have to at least get one or 2 balls in each round or it will error out!!

Make sure you rear ball tank is full with a good few hundred balls, The more the better;. Also check to make sure the ball stop is in the up position and the balls are making it all the way to the payout motor. There might be something jammed in the ball path.

Wow, thank you for the quick replies. I wlll try to find a ball dump lever, etc.

One more thing, though, it has an "H" error code on the back. I think that may be because it hasn't made the payouts but I can't find a reset button or anything...

Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not...

look for the on/off switch in back, rest button should be right near there

i have a machine with that same frame.. i dont recall any on off switch...

FIXED!!! It turns out that there were two issues. First, there was a piece of electrical tape jammed into the area near the ball stop right above the payout motor which was slowing/stopping some of the balls from going through. Second, there was a little circuit board right in the same area that kept working its way away from the machine (thereby stopping the balls). I taped the circuit board into place and restarted the machine and all is good. I assume that the electrical tape was originally there to tape the circuit board in place and it probably worked its way into the machine.
