Just got mt 1st pachinko it dont pay out

My problem is that the machine doesn't ever pay out balls ( only ball that dont make it to the playfield come)even when all icons match and it goes to bonus mode there's a bin at the top of my machine that holds balls but whenever I place more then 25 it drops them down for me to use... Balls were flying outside the back of the machine as well put a bin there to fix it tho, would ad pics but don't know how its the Battle Vixens SS
Any suggestions welcome it could be a noob mistake I am making idk been playing it for hours

Ok. Sorry I'm a little confused. Where do the balls you have fired go to when they disappear out from the play field. to the back of the machine or to the front?
You will need something to catch the spent balls if they come out the back.

Your tray at the top on the back of the machine should hold 500 balls or more. This is where your winning balls get paid out from. Normally 3 for a start pocket and 15 for the trap door. You need this full to begin with. It sounds like the machine is just catching up on winning balls it needs to pay out. Maybe even a couple of thousand. I'd keep refilling the back till it stops payout out. Might take a while though. Make sure the ball dump lever/ setting is closed or all the balls out the top tank will fall straight through

Balls are supposed to be paid out to the tray below the shooter tray right???

To the main shooter tray. They only go to the lower tray if the shooter tray is full. Unless its been modified. My Daiichi doesn't have a lower tray
