Here is an auction I found for some pachinko books.

This seller is in Canada, btw, so shipping might be a factor with the 400 balls which are part of this auction. The pachinko balls are in what looks to be their original box. Cool.

I never bid on auctions that require cashiers check or money order. Seems too easy to get burned with no recourse

and if you are a u.s. buyer it needs to be in international funds,

the post office sells international money orders.

Yep, I agree, Chris. Between the Canada thing, having to write for shipping charges and the payment method required by the seller, I lost interest. (Plus, there is a reserve on it.)

I wondered if you might be interested in bidding on this stuff, Arby. He's surely just fine as far as being trustworthy. As mentioned, fine feedback and has sold some nice Pachinkos just recently. Do you know if the box the balls are in is wood or some other material? I like that box/balls and would enjoy the books, too.

I think IÂ’ve seen "vintage" balls on ebay in a box marked "MAGAJIN" that were advertised as being in the original box. But it might be noted that Mangajin is a magazine. The box looks like its plastic.

The Sammy promo tape looks like it could be for a Gatchaman pachinko machine from 2002 but the photo is to small and blurry to tell for sure.

The balls don't impress me, I have Sedensk's Book Winning Pachinko and Mynton's book The Pachinko Woman. It is a mystery set around Pachinko parlor.
I will pass.
