    Well,Its not a puncture,sounding more like a jam,

here are pics of the release lever area, will have more pics and details on the areas to focus on for you tonight or in the morning
2000 frame ball release location.jpg2000 frame release lever closed.jpg2000 frame release lever open.jpg the close up pic with the red circle is the release lever in the closed position (ready to play), the last pic is it open (which will let them flow through)

except what's already in the payout mechs ( more pics to follow)

good grief! my machine is dusty never got around to cleaning it

Just a question..Did it ever pay out anything?? It should pay out some every time you get a ball in a pocket, including the start pocket..

    Good Morning

here is a picture of the back with some areas to check out

    2000 frame back numbered.jpg

One thing about this model i've yet to see on others, is that the motor marked by #2 is always running, it turns a double paddle wheel that uses win balls, that go in pockets, to push two "hammers" that are connected to the payout mech in area #1

if this motor is not turning something is wrong, there is a little horizontal wire in are #3 that will move slightly left or right,it need to be in the "left" position while playing,I think the motor will turn off if its in the wrong position(It some kind of reset lever, but Im still learning and don't know for sure what it does yet)

    here is a picturefor reference

    area #1 opened2000 frame payout mech.jpg area #2 opened2000 lower payout mech.jpg
    area #3 wire2000 payout motor reset wire.jpg

    hope this helps

PS you can maually empty the upper payout mech in area #1 by manually manipulating it,or even taking it out, there is a release tab in side there just to the left of where the balls reside

jus t be careful and dont force anything

correction: the "hammers" are not connected to the payout mech, they just push the winning ball into the connectors that push the upper payout levers

    Important correction:

just checked and the #3 wire should naturally rest in the right postion, you slightly pull left to reset it

a simple way is to just click 'go advanced' at the bottom of your reply box
then click the little paperclip icon picture on the top row of the post box that opens up to you (it's to the right of the yellow smiley face )

you should be able to then upload from your computer

Have you checked the file size of the pictures you are trying to upload? I run into that problem sometimes. I believe they need to be under 2MB.

Just a few notes about the pic uploader here:

when you access the 'paperclip' icon, you will see a little blue circle with a question mark in it at the top right, click that and it will give a chart of all the acceptable file types and their sizes, it could be an incompatible type or size?

Also, there is the option to use the 'basic uploader', again access using the 'paperclip' icon and clicking '+Add Files' at the bottom right of this box you can then click 'basic uploader'
