    Default Source for Transformers?

I'm working on repairing a hanemono machine and the transformer is shot. Can anyone tell me of a good website or storefront that sells new transformers for Pachinko machines? Also, what should I expect to pay for one?

Here is a pic of the one on the machine now:

Thanks in advance for your quick advice!

I bought these for Arrangeball machines... More powerfull then required on a vintage Powerflash type of machine...

Will that be enough to power a Hanemono machine?

Also, the one I'm replacing has three wires leading to the machine. Not sure the one you provided the link to would work.

I cant answer that.. I only know that the other transformers with the center tap do not run an arrangeball machine.. this one works.. sorry electricity is my weak point

    Mine too.

That's why I typically stick to vintages.

3rd wire is a center tap providing half voltage so something..

so it should be a 24 volt transformer with a 12volt center tap wire..

There are different sizes available, in terms of Amps, on that website (link). It really is the Total VA that is of interest. The transformer in the picture is 1.79A.
If it worked before; then 2A is enough now.

I have two modern machines, one has a 4A and the other has a 5A transformer (Star Wars). I don't know, but guess I could use either one on either machine...

My guess is the Hanemono is not as big a power user.

The link was just for one to replace it, size for size. Too big is not a problem, just not as efficient. The cost difference in kilowatts a year is negligible.
Transformers are weird, the voltage goes down as the load increases... the power consumed also varies with loading...

Hope that helps? Not trying to be sassy!
