    Default Single Shot

Seems every weekend we come home with more machines, I just got one of these "one shots" as you call them,
It's my new favorite machine until I can get my coin op working.
Mine is Besta and is a bit different to yours, when I was puzting around with it I figured that extra ball thing was odd, it's pretty hard to hit two jackpots in a row,
I plan to add lights to mine if it came with any some dolt removed them...

Looks like a cool machine. Can you please post a pic of the whole front and back. I don't know about other members, but I sure do love looking at different and unusual machines.

I would love to see more pics as well! Also, pics of the back can tell if there were EVER lights on it. As early single shots DID NOT have lights.

Here are a couple pictures I have been having issues with the camera but it shows it okay,
I do not believe it ever had lights but I will add some and perhaps a sound or two,
Did they use these in parlors? what year do you believe it to be?
Look at top left of playfield couple small holes with nothing in them...

I'd say you have about a 67-68 Single shot there. It does look like a bade is missing. What I have no clue but I don't think it had a light there.

It looks like it did have one light though and the would be for the red lense in the center. Triggered by the jackpot mech.

Actually, hitting double jackpots is pretty easy with singleshots. When I play, I load multiple balls at once and fire 2-3 per flip. Makes for much faster gameplay. To do this, just set your spring tension up a bit and you can do 2-3 with ease.

Also, many 1960's and 1950's machines were never built with lights. They did however include colored gels to allow backlighing to make the machines "light up" in darker parlors. Even many that include direct lighting included features meant to be illuminated by backlights.
