Is this the first generation Sankyo "Fever" machine?

I just picked this early modern Sankyo "Fever" machine and know it has to be one of the earliest models, but is it the first generation? The reels are not wired for light and the frame matches some other Sankyos that I know are from the 80's
Also it has Three start pockets instead of just the usual one under the CF
