i would value it at 100 150 or so .. if it has pachinko balls them add the appropriate amount for them.. .06 cents each... (.04 Cents each if your buying them )

good thinking - $250 is a little way over the odds for this, IMHO.

Matrix would be a better overall buy, also IMHO.
