I'm new and have a machine that don't work

That could be tough. Not sure I have seen any schematics for these machines. Hopefully someone will come along who can help.

I don't think one could ever find schematics for these machines.The machine companies just don't release that kind of info that I know of.

To see if the Magnet is bad or the motherboard is not sending power to it trace the two wires from the magnet up to the plug on the inner door PC Board. Tried to enhance and pluw up your Pic but it was too Fuzzy. Set the meter to read at least 28 volts DC. Probe that plug and see if there is 17 to 30 volts there. If so the Magnet has gone South. If not then either the motherboard is not putting it out or possibly a run on the inner door PC Board is broken. I chose this option because you said you read out the Mega harness from the Mother board to the inner Door PC Board.

Can you send me Hi Res Pics Via e mail of the inside of the machine? The main thing I want to see is that inner Door PC Board from all angles shwoung the connection points. I can take up to a 24 Meg e mail in one shot. The AUtoSlot e mail is pachijunkie@bellsouth.net.

With that flap pushed in on the token acceptor and as you drop a token and the LED's flash is there any sound the pachi puts out as the led"s flash?

No there is no noise,but the lights do flash.I'll get another camera sometime this weekend and send some pics to you.An other thing I can do is when I send you a email with these pics,you send me your phone number and a good time to call you and I'll call you.I got a long distance plan so we can go over things and tests.If you think that might work.So yea there is no noise at all, speaker is hooked up.Every LED light works on the processor when I press what ever button and no display at all.
