    Welcome to Pachitalk!

Can you post some pictures front and back of the machine?

This is an Arrangeball machine (non vintage, Modern Card Reader type) so you probably need to get a certain number of numbered pockets lit first.

I've never played it before, so can't tell you for sure.

Nice pickup though! Not easy to get this one Stateside.

Thanks everyone!!!I'm really new here and to the Pachinko particulars. I can't wait to learn more. Here are the picts. I called it a lucky pocket but after a little more research, I think it might be better termed a payout gate? It may be that in order for it to work, I need to get three numbers in a row...would like to know if there is a way to manually the machine into payout mode to see if the payout gate works. Also, what is a machine like this worth...I paid $100...too much?

Apologies - you're quite right. Not an arepachi (sorry).

The original (1996 model) was a kenrimono. The remake (2000) which I see from the above post is in fact this one, I also have listed as a kenrimono.
The 'lucky pocket' you are referring too (the gate at the bottom) DOES require you to get 3 of a kind, before you hit the jackpot and the gate opens.

    P.s. WELCOME!

    p.p.s. $100 is a very fair price.

p.p.p.s. No manual mode on these - you just need to keep playing until you hit it!
