looks to be a Red Lions machine( Bing incorrectly translated it as The Lion Kings),it has a helicopter in the center
they have released many editions of this machine (should be from the early 90's, looking at the frame style,but might be earlier),here are some pics of one I found a while back (manufactured in 2001)

Its not a Red Lions , though some of the later editions are called that, compirate is correct, just in reverse, its called Kings Lion from 1992
