I keep trying to decide if I want one of these. I love the them and it is a nice looking machine. The prices typically seem higher than I would like to pay. Also, the problem I keep hearing about when turning on the machine bothers me.

If you are tempted to get one, then I would suggest waiting until you can get one for $200 or less delivered. You could always resell it for double that if you decide you don't like it. As for the boot up error, it's really a non-issue. The machine will beep with an error for 30 seconds until the frame warms up, then it plays normally.

When I throw parties and/or have friends over, that is the one Pachinko machine they always seem to gravitate to and play. I think it is because they understand Star Wars and can easily identify and connect with what is going on.
