Default How do machines get more balls in the wild?

Hmmm ... Have noticed on my machine that during a fever round the machine always seems to use up it's stash of balls and won't pay out more until I open the machine to refill it?
How do the machine's get restocked with balls in a real pachinko parlour? I can't imagine that in a real setting the attendants are opening the back of the machines to fill them up?

The answer is a huge source of balls constantly flowing down every row in the parlour, The easist thing people do at home is make a tank that fits on top of the machine that holds a couple of thousand balls, So they have to refill less. But then brings in issue when you open the machine up as if you forget the tank will drain all over the place

I'm currently building a small version for 3 to 6 machines at home, I sourced the correct ball valves from Japan, I fitted them today

Have a look at my on going thread

Rotten to the core - Page 3

When done I hope to have over 20,000 balls, Maybe more

ah thought it would be something like that. have seen a few videos of pachinko parlours on youtube and there seemed to be a lot of room for something like that above the machine's. BTW thanks for the advice to get a Daverob dongle a few days ago. Bought one and it def adds to the experience

For home use, you can also buy special 'ball lifters' that don't take up too much room, they can be fitted into a cabinet set-up, although they can be a bit difficult to source.

Also quite a few members here have been working on ingenious designs to help with 'ball management'

We even have a special section of the forums dedicated to those threads about 'ball management'

here's the link, Ball Lifters/Ball Management
