This is Heiwa's 1991 machine , Mahjong Monogatari, a deji-pachi that employed the industry's first colour LCD screen.

It was widely popular with female players, and men, and is counted a seminal machine in the pachinko oeuvre.

Fun to play too. Of the deji's I enjoyed in 1992 (and there were not too many) this one was the best.
