Need A Few Parts

Hi- Looking for a ball return/ ashtray console that will fit a mid-70's Sanyo Comet II, preferrably with tan plastic, but will take another. Also, a lever spring that attaches to midway on the lever and connects to the other side of the machine with a steel tab. And also two sheets of playfield plexiglass. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

The plexi and spring can be found at the hardware store. Can you post a pic of the original ball tray?

I can't, but I can tell you it's probably about a foot long and has three set bolts which the machine can be probably drilled to fit. It had a pewter ashtray. The top tray was taken from an older machine, red metal with tan plastic around the payout tray. Any similar and not too clashing tray would be fine. Thanks for your help.

I'm confused on what you are looking for. Is it an upper tray or a lower one? or both? pictures are very much needed to explain this. Even if they are lame cell phone pics they would help.

Also just F.Y.I. the ashtrays aren't pewter. They are aluminium. And then got sprayed with a pewter / sliver colored paint.

1976 Owl and Bull - VP0089 looks the most similar, although every one looks like it might work. It's the lower front tray I need. Thanks for the help.

Hmm.

That may be a though find. As I have seen very little of that model. But the holes for the trays should all line up. The only issue with a tray from a different year is that its shape may be slightly different, so it may look out of place.

Sorry but I am of no help on your quest to find the replacement tray.

I have some Sanyo parts but they look different than your model. PM me your e-mail and I'll send you some pics of the lower tray that I have. It looks more like a model B style, but maybe it will work.
