Eye shooting

I was reading Gaku speaks, lesson 11 on eye shooting. Decided to try it on my Spiderman 2. Easiest thing to see was the red 7 as it rolled by (I believe there is only 1 red & 1 blue 7 per reel. Blue is harder to see), so I used it as a target. The hum of the motors seemed to correspond with the timing pattern as well. I quickly got 2 red 7's with the 3rd 1 frame off with some regularity. This throws a wrench in my previously held belief of how pachislos payout. I have held a belief that the buttons were on there for legal reasons...so that it could be CALLED a game of skill...but the motherboard really stopped the reels where it wanted to regardless of when you pressed the button. Of course it stops within a fraction of a second of pressing the button to complete the illusion of you being in control. I have hit 777 before, but only after a teaser indicating that a bonus round was close. My Lucky Cherry also warns you of an upcoming bonus round. So if eye shooting really works...can you hit 777 without warning, or should I just choose another symbol and settle for 15 tokens at a time. Clearly odds are programed to a given percentage even at the loosest setting, so even if your eyeshooting skills were perfect, the computer would have to cut you off somewhere. What is the real scoop on eyeshooting? Speaking of Spiderman 2...Since Doc-Ock is not on the payout card...what would happen if you got 3 Doc-Ock? I would think 15 tokens. Does the computer prevent this from ever happening...or can skillful eyeshooting hit it? I have never hit 3 Doc-Ock, but often wondered.

eyeshooting only works if you are due to hit a bonus soon anyways,

it does help in some challange rounds or bonus rounds to get the max amount of tokens

I have found that Eye shooting works perty good on the first two reels.. (dont care what two ya eye shoot first..) the 3rd reel will stop where the computer wants it to every time...

Ditto, anytime outside of a bonus round, it doesn't work.

I have hit 777 on a rare occasion on my flying momonga pachislo but I think the chance mode hit at the exact time I stopped the reels really fast.My wife said she could hear my chearing outside of our house.

I've tried eye shooting with my Urusei Yatsura pachislo and I can get the first 2 reels but never the 3rd.
Also there are symbols that I have never gotten 3 in a row of. I keep trying but can't get the computer to cooperate.

Still I find I do better with eye shooting than my wife who randomly presses the buttons.
So i think it does help.
