    Default NIB nishijin pachinko

I can't believe this. This machine has never been out of the import box. The seller was the first to open it since it was put in there.

I think it is a real good deal especially seeing the condition of the machine and all the new old stock stuff with it. If a member purchases it please scan if a few documents and stuff I would love to see them.

    100 machines and counting...

There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Not really NIB. I've often wondered if actual NIB machines made it here.

Well it is as close to NIB as possible. I doubt any truly NIB machines made it here.

You know what the great irony is on this one?

This machine would be worth a FORTUNE back in Japan in this condition... I'm talking thousands.

They just don't exist like this back in the country where they were made - they all came here!!!

I'm pretty confident Juno would back me up on this.
There is always another machine around the corner...

A few years ago I bought 2 machines from a fellow in town that had several machines in his basement set up as a game room. The guy was Ill and his mother had just passed away. The house looked like a home on "hoarders". He had a hard time but took me down to his basement to look at the machines. I bought the 2 of a few he had that were on the wall with homemade cabinets. A couple of Nish B's (A Rolling Stone was one of them). The room was a mess otherwise and neglected. But he had alot of cool collectable items. I could tell it was a cool game room at one time.

I asked if he had others. He said "yes" and took me to what I think was the laundry room and he had a Nishijin B "Chevy" machine still in the box. Just like this one. I was drooling. Of course I asked if he was going to sell it. His response was "no, I bought that machine back in the 70's, and my grandkids will get it". He did tell me he bought it at Montgomery Ward. Probably around 75'. If you lived in Denver back then the Montgomery Ward on Broadway was a big deal!!

Of course they came with water stains. They were used machines from Japan. We all know how they were treated over their probable 2 year span. They were sold at Sears as well. Nothing came here new that I know of.
