I just bought this machine and it's not registering the tokens, I put the token in the slot and returns to outside tray! Any idea on how to fix?!

I'd first start off with doing a full reset.
1. Turn the machine off.
2. Turn the reset key on.
3. Turn the machine on.
4. Set your odds, a number 1-6 will appear in the credits window. A button on the inside of the door will change the odds.
5. Hold down on the spin lever, approx. 5 seconds. The odds number will go to zero.
6. Turn the reset key off.
You must do every step to the letter or the reset will not work.

it can be a small button on the inside of the door, on a board inside the machine or even on the power supply box
