Nice tables at Walmart in clearance!

Just bought 4 file cabinets at Walmart for 29.00 each. They fit the slots perfectly. They are 30h x 18.5w x 15.875d, they are 2 drawer file cabinets made by Mainstays Office Furniture. They were just put into clearance and reduced to $29.00! They were not with the other furniture but in the Stationary section. Pictures here if anyone is interested:

Hey, those are pretty nice looking, and you can file your junk in them as well. Nice find. Are the pretty sturdy?

They're certainly better looking than I first pictured in my mind before I clicked on the link...

They're surprisingly sturdy. I would say they are as sturdy as any other put together furniture I have bought. I tried tipping the machine and the table stood still and the machine just slid forward. The table didn't tip at all. I would say you could not do better for the price.

The real question is when you open the door and the tray is full of tokens, does it tip forward?

Good question. Just tried filling the tray and opening the door and the table did not budge. I checked all the local stores this week and could not find a decent table for twice this price. Not trying to push these on anyone, I just think they are a great deal but don't blame me if you try them and don't like them!

That's great that they are sturdy and the price was good too. Maybe you should stock up on a few "extras", that way when you get more machines, they will all match.

The real question is when you open the door and the tray is full of tokens, does it tip forward?

My Target tables did not fall forward when the machine was loaded up, but the machine sure did. Had to anchor all the machines so they wouldn't fall. But, that's another tale in another thread.

I went to my local Walmart and they had between 20 and 30 of them.The only problem is they are $39.72 each at my store.

Well since I needed a couple of new file cabinets, I went and purchased two of the ones list above. I don't know how long kaz1961 took put these together, but it took me about 80 minutes each. I am using them with my two maturi pachinkos and they look very nice. They cost $39.xx at one of my local walmarts.

The first one was the tallest of the three at 23 inches high. This height would be a bit low to stand at and play comfortably for even people of average height.

Yeah.. I dont plan on standing myself... actually I have your typical sized chairs that I use for my poker table and we have thus mounted the pachinko to sit 20 or so inches off of the floor just oputside the poker room I am building. I figure people will just grab seat and play since I will prolly end up putting the pachislo in the poker room. I would have done barstools but mine dont have backs and people usualy use those to play the Galaga, Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, Tempest, Mrs. Pac Man or Donkey Kong arcades I have. The real lazy bums like to use the barstools to play the Twilight Zone Pinball machine.
