    I had this same problem on my Wanted when I opened the front glass. I fiddled with it and some balls dropped out.
    After that it would shoot balls again.

    Oh sorry I had the lack of payout problem on my Julie, but thanks to Owennewton, I learned I needed to flip it up in order to work.
    My wife was felling so ripped that she never won any balls.
    I knew it had to be a setting or something.
