    Default New to site

Hi! I am new to this site - I am cleaning out my house because my husband and I are going into the Peace Corps - My dad gave us our old No More War 3 machine years ago and it has just been sitting in our game room. I want to sell it, but know nothing about it, so I don't know how to value it? Your site seems to have a lot of people who know about these machines - What do you all think the value of something like that would be and what steps should I take to try and sell it? (ebay or???) I value your opinion on this! Thanks!

Welcome to PachiTalk! You came to the right place to get the answers you are seeking.

I personally like to use craigslist for selling pachinkos because it's free, I can get cash for my machine, and I don't need to deal with shipping. That being said, you may get a higher price for a "No More War" machine on eBay because you will have a larger audience. But, be prepared to pay up to 20% in fees between eBay and PayPal, and then you would need to pack it up and ship it to the buyer.

As far as value, here is a link to a discussion thread that will provide you with some great insight on that topic: http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vint...-machines.html

I'm sure others will be along shortly to provide you with their insights as well.

    Again, welcome to our site!

Thanks! Yes, there are hundreds of balls. It is in its original wood casing - so it stands freely - and is about 5 1/2 ft tall in its stand. I am trying to post a photo - but for some reason can't upload it...any suggestions? (It says the photo is an invalid file?)

Thanks! I just looked at the site re: value and that was very interesting and informative! I looked in the "museum" for photos but couldn't find one that looks like mine. It is a Nishjin - No More War 3. It is a late 70's model - and has hundreds of balls...it is also in its original stand. I tried to upload a photo - but for some reason - I can't get it to upload? Any hints for me on uploading photos? I am on the Seattle side of WA State - in a little tiny town that sits right beneath Mt. Rainer! :o)

    Welcome to PachiTalk!

From what I understand that is a fairly desireable machine if it is in good condition. Post pics of the front and back and then people here can help you guage the value of what it's worth. Shipping is expensive on a pachinko machine so local sales are preferable for that reason.

Well no more war machines do have a higher sale value (because the appeal to people who like military stuff)

Value is really hard to say. First we need some pictures to really see the condition. I think a No More War 3 just sold on ebay for $126.28 here is the auction

So pricing is all over the board. The real question is how fast do you want to sell it? Because you can list it on ebay and it will go fast but you have to deal with the fees and shipping. Other wise Craigslist is better because you are dealing with local people so you don't get charged fees.

    100 machines and counting...

    WELCOME!!!

Your photos may be too big to upload..Try reducing the size and try upload again.. Or if you have a photo sharing site you use you could always upload there then post the links..And if all else fails you could email me your photos and I could post them..Just PM me if you need to do that..
