Default Electrocoin dead - missing parts?

A customer dropped off an Electrocoin Super Mog Mog. It was not working when he got it.

I don't work on Pachislo's much (normally work on Arcade Videos, Pinballs, and regular Slots), so I'm not too conversant on everything about them. I tried doing some searching here before posting, but didn't find anything relevant.

So, I plug it in and get nothing. 120vac is coming in. The three fuses at the bottom left are good. There is a black box (power supply?) to the left of the reels with a power switch and 3 circuit breakers. The blue connector to the bottom (that has the 120 coming in) was disconnected, and the box wasn't bolted in - indicating to me that perhaps a prior owner was trying to troubleshoot an issue.

Anyways, after plugging in the blue connector, nothing happens - no lights, no leds, nada.

I pulled the box and it looks like there MIGHT be something missing internally? There is a connector inside with nothing connected. Pics here (sorry for the crappy cell phone pics):

This is the overall view of the box:

This is a view of the internal connector that has nothing connected:

This is a view of the blue connector:

I don't see any loose wires or other fuses/switches. I don't know if it's dead because something is missing, or if it's just something I haven't found yet.

    Any help would be appreciated...

These work on 100 volts or 24 volts depending on model. The Japanese use the same plug for 24 volts that we use for 120. If there was no transformer then it is a very good chance that something is fried in the power supply.

I'll have to look tomorrow, but the transformer may be down where the fuses are in a different spot. If not, then that's probably what's missing...

Looks like there is no transformer in the machine, so that's probably what's missing. Guess my chances of finding one aren't good?

Transformers are not that hard to find.
Here's in link to one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-Amp-replac...item4cf1e76dac

If the machine has been hooked up without a transformer you may have other problems now. The power supply may be fried.
If it just blew the fuses in the power supply and stopped there, a transformer and new fuses should fix it.
If the 120v got beyond that you may have a gaint paper weight.

Also, that connector thats empty. A wiring harness from the motherboard should plug into that.

Which one - the blue one? yeah, I have that one but it still won't work.

Anyone got pics of how it's supposed to be?
