after 25 years in the retail business i have found that the customer is not always right.

but, i treated everyone fairly, even if some of them didn't think so.

treat others as you would like to be treated!!!!

But what are the vendors rights:

I was going to list, what I thought.

But I think “ johntofva” should do this. Being he has a handle on what the customer wants.
I am not trying to be snide here just want the whole picture of where “johntofva” is coming from. This would help both us & the vendor!

    Please "johntofva" go onÂ…

Actually, I didn't come up with this list. If you put "Customer Bill of Rights" into the search engine, you will this list generated by many stores and companies, at least all the successful ones.

i hope the people i threw out of my store told all there friends,

birds of a feather flock together

and they were all nasty birds.

the last store i managed i had at least 25 people banned from the store and they all knew better to come back.

their friends would come in and behave, so they wouldn't get banned.

i was a tough OLD BIRD MYSELF!!!

You'd better watch out for Elaine! Remember she got the Soup Nazi back real good!

P.S. managing a covenience store is one of the hardest jobs I had. I worked for QuikTrip and WaWa, and you get a lot of wack jobs! You did it for 24 years, God bless you kind sir!

    Okay Arby,

I will see what I can do. After searching the internet for a "Bill of Rights" for the seller, I found none. But what comes to mind are the principles of economics I learned from micro and macro. Vendors are governed by the laws of a free market. Which VERY simple stated are supply and demand. If you wish I can print the Ten (10) Principles of a Free Market. Because that is as close as you can get to a "Bill of Rights for Vendors".

The one thing I am sure of Arby, is that you will never have a problem. I think that both you and I follow one simple principle. YOU LEAVE THIS WORLD WITH ONLY ONE THING, AND THAT IS THE SAME THING YOU CAME INTO IT WITH. THAT IS YOUR - "NAME". WHAT YOU DO IN BETWEEN BIRTH AND DEATH DETERMINES THE VALUE OF YOUR NAME.
