Thanks, yes I really want the Forever Love machine I'm sure it's possible to get one as they came out in 2011. The older machines are tougher to get I'm told.
I've seen the promo's of Cutie Honey vaguely remember the anime. Looks like a cool pachi.
Some of those games like Yamoto 3 look amazing! The only thing is that pachi costs almost $1K!
Thankfully I can't try it so I'm less tempted to buy it.

I have the 1st 2... It's call Spaceboat Pachi addiction... It REALLY hits you hard when it does...
The ORIGINAL cutie Honey Anime is from 1973 it was FINALLY subbed recently! The Pachi is amazing btw!
Maison is my favorite Takahashi anime and I MAY get the pachi one of these days... I am an anime themed pachi
kind of guy... though the Sunset Gunman starring Clint Eastwood is an AMAZING pachi!!!
I have limit on how much I'll spend though and 1K is a WEE bit over that...
I may not be the best guy, BUT I am not the bad guy!- Coop from Megas XLR

My wife is from Cagayan De Oro so have been to the Philippines many times .

As Kimbawlion says some of the lower odds machines have less video action. For long team ownership and playing, Go for the machine with the lower probabiltiy. When they do play out, they pay out BIG.
    For うる星やつら3 look for a suffix of Y or V ie うる星やつら3V
For うる星やつら Forever Love look for suffix Y

Out of interest, some sellers in Japan are selling うる星やつら Forever Love for approx $500. If you were to go down this route, Plus internal and international shipping dealers fees plus import duty, the cost will easierly over $1000 may be as high as $1500.

It sounds like you have a great collect going there. When I saw Cutie Honey it was fan subbed back in the 80's.
Lots of old and good anime from that time period. I really like a lot of Takahashi's work, although to be
honest I've never seen Maison Ikkoku. The fan subs were too difficult to get at that time. UY and Ranma 1/2 were
    pretty easy.
I've not heard of Sunset Gunman, sounds cool tho.
I doubt I would spend $1K on a single machine. I'd probably wait until the price dropped.

I've actually been to CDO with a friend of mine before my wife and I were together. I've only been on Mindanao twice, once to CDO and the other time to visit a friend who lives in Davao.

Well I hope I can get it cheaper than that. I guess I'll have to see. I think I'll follow your advice and go with the machine with the higher odds. It's not like I will run out of balls.
I was given a link and I saw some Forever Love machines selling for 8500-12000 Yen. The price will likely have dropped in a few months.
The UY one that I like is this one and it's a PSF (?)

    http://www.okumura-yuuki.com/products/2005/ys.html

That would be the second one from the top as I like the cell better.

The Forever Love one has only 2 sets of odds neither have a Y or V that I can see on the website. I agree taking the higher odd machine is best and it's the one I have requested.

I did see some Forever love cels for 8500en on YJA, But you would need the whole frame as well.

The model you picked is for うる星やつら2
There is a cel for it on YJA for 1000en. But no frame. Can't comment on condition either,

Thanks for the info so those prices are for the Cell, ok, thanks. I can't read japanese and I only understand a handful of words in Romaji.
I guess I will find out the price when Custom Pachinko goes to Japan in the spring. Hopefully it will be affordable.

    I appreciate the enlightenment.

I liked Ranma 1/2 but not as much as Urusei Yatsura. Although it might be an awesome pachi.

the higher payout machines go into bonus less often but have much more animation and do odd little things you may only see once every 100-200 hours of play where as the lower odds machines are more like the lite version, it will pay off more often but you may never see half the little clips and random things.

I spoke to the guy at Slot-Pachinko and he said all the versions are the same and the payouts are just marketing. I know some have different cells but as far as the other stuff goes I'm gettinga bit confused.
What you are saying makes sense, based on what I have seen myself at real casinos in Vegas an at places like Foxwoods.
They don't tell you what the odds are on a machine when you buy it tho.

the machines all say the model (V, VF, X and others based on the maker and machine) and the odds (such as 1/399.6 or 1/255) and show the odds of going into another bonus again soon after (70% as an example) most of the time it will be on the top right corner of the cell just next to the outer track. While all versions of a machine will share the same clips and music the machines will not all be the same as some will only have a 5 round fever while a higher payout machine will have 15 rounds and you will never see some of the reaches on the lower payout machines. Same thing as the level setting on pachislo, if you have the machine set to 6 all the time you may never see some things yet if it is on setting 3 it will pay out less often but it will tease you more.

Take what you hear from slot pachinko with a grain of salt, they are full of bull and will feed you a line every time. I have never had a conversation with them or read an ad of theirs when some "fact" was not made up on the spot.

I should stop using the word probability and use odds instead. The higher the odds the lower the probability of a win. For example if the cell says 1:299 After you get a ball in the start pocket the reels spin. And you get a 1:299 chance of a win. In theory after 300 spins you should have at least one jackpot. But my Cutie Honey once went for ober 900 spins before a win. But then had 12 in a row. But before jackpot the machine will tease you by matching 2 numbers and going into reach video. These videos can be only a few seconds long or a few minutes. The argument goes as the lite machines payout more often 1:99 You miss out on the teasing videos.

When you get your pachislo you will see what Owen means about the odds settings. I don't have a slo so can't comment. As for dealers I can't comment as never used any of them due to being the wrong side of the pond and have to source things myself. But just do a search for the company names on the forum for certain reviews and feedback. Kimbawlion had a special request for a certain machine (mini Suka Police2) which Frank managed to get for him.

Alot of moderns are set up on a system called kokohen and jitan modes in odd and even numbers. The odd #s will produce one jackpot after another with ST.or special time, in which the odds are easier to hit or the even #s only one jackpot is hit.On two of my machines in the kokohen mode there are 100 spins to hit another jackpot and you will. in the jitan mode 100 chance games to hit a jackpot maybe after the100 games the mode will go back to normal play.On one of my machines I have hit28 continual jackpots ,and about1and1/2 hours of play time to finally end it.It paid out about 40,000 balls total. That was alot of reloading balls into the hopper and a sore wrist and fingers on the shooter knob.

I saw the clip of Minisuka police and it's a really cool machine with the 2 animatronic cars running around on tracks!
Frank seems like a really decent guy. I hope he can find the game I am looking for for me. That would be awesome!
The odds are listed on the company websites so I know the odds are a factor and i'll look for higher odds machines.
    Thanks

I was out bid on a Minisuka police very early on in my buying of pachinkos and about a week later I saw a video of it, I have been kicking myself for years on missing out on that one. I also stopped bidding on a Yellow cab as I lost my job about 3 days before the sale ended, New in town got that one. Kicking myself over that one too but at least it is in the family.

I Can tell you Minisuka Police 2 cost me more than any of the pachis I have bought so far and I had to have custom imported. I have barely played it due to my basement REALLY being TOTALLY messed up
but what little time I have spent made it so worth it! That and the Cutie Honey of Course! (both are sitting a room lonely and unused for the moment...)
