Default Oops I did it again...Nishijin Model A

So after being sucked into the allure of pachinko a few weeks ago, I've been on the prowl for machines to add to my burgeoning collection. This particular machine will be number 5 for me. It kind of fell into my lap a couple of days ago through a friend of mine. Paid $60 for this one.

Sorry for the dingy lighting in these pics. I'll take some better ones later tonight and repost. Machine is fully functional, appears to be complete, and all I had to do was hook up a battery! Service sticker indicates "50 6" which I am guessing dates this to an early to mid-70's machine. As with the others, a deep clean is in order, but I'm in the middle of building a new house right now and am gonna wait until I have a better workspace to teardown and rebuild. Need more time to hunt anyway!

I have a modern (#3) that I bought off of CL and couldn't resist the price ($80) and another Nishijin Model B (#4) that I plucked from eBay last week (total w/shipping = $60). I haven't posted pictures of either of those machines yet, so if there is any interest then let me know, and I'll post them.

    Somebody stop the madness please!!

    Pics might help...

pictures of the other vintage would be nice. (you know us we love pictures)

nice model A that one should have been built in about 74 though many of mine with the same tray were built in 73 (I think, I have too many to remember. Hopefully I can try to sell off 2 at our community garage sale tomorrow. (they won't be price low))

    100 machines and counting...

    Nice find!
It's funny how these things tend to multiply if left alone too in a dark room...

who said it had to be dark my garage is always lit and I some how ended up with 60

(Oh and the machines didn't sell. Actually not much of anything sold. And we probably had about the best garage sale. Oh well there is always ebay.)
