    Default 2 VINTAGE Heiwa Pachinkos

    Good morning,

I am new to this site, my father in law gave me two vintage Heiwa Pachinkos.

one is a Heiwa "Masters" and the other is a "Big Shooter"

I'm not quite sure how much these are worth. Have done a little research on ebay and online.

Both work and are in very good condition.

These were a gift to my father in law when he was in Japan for business.

Attached are some pictures of the machines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You got some nice machines there. I would say value on each of these would be most likely between $55 to $65 on the high end. But they are really worth what one is willing to pay for them.

These types of machines aren't as sought after because they were built in the mid to late 70's. Many people don't really like them because the have the LCD screens and a shooter knob on them. Most people either get vintages with shooting levers; or moderns with the knobs and other stuff. These are basically the transition machines.

    100 machines and counting...

    Welcome Aboard

Super clean looking machines What an ace present. Make sure you have plenty of CLEAN balls, best to have 1000 minimum per machine.

    Welcome to PachiTalk!!

What you have are what we class as Early Moderns, I love them, the bright colours and designs, I only have 1 so far as they are very hard to find over here in England, mine is a Kyoraku brand though

So from my point of view they are very interesting machines and if they were in the UK they would probably fetch a higher price than in the US, but the US seems to have a glut of vintages at super low prices, so unfortunately it seems some members are not so keen

I love the idea that they are transitional pachinkos, somewhere between the old mechanical vintages and the modern all singing-all dancing ones we see in today's pachinko parlours

I'm sure they will give you a lot of enjoyment

great looking machines, I like this style myself and those would date to early 90's, off chance they could be late 80's. I agree that they would be valued below $75 but I could see them going for more to the right person

The "Big Shooter" is 1992 machine according to the Pachimono site: You'll have to scroll through the gallery from the link below to find it. I believe this is Candyflips site who is also a member here.

I couldnt find the Masters in the database but it has the same frame design and is probably of the same year.

I'd give you up $100 for each of them if you decide to sell them.

These are both fantastic early Modern hanemonos and well worth owning.

    1. They're Heiwa's, the peak of the technology for the time and best board designs. Sort of the equivalent of haivng some older Gottlieb pinballs in your collection.
    2. They are in great condition with full colourful boards and clean frames.
    3. Good Heiwa hanes from this period are not that common.
    4. The 'Big Shooter' series (there are many variant releases), in particular, are very collectable and much sought after in Japan.

In Australia, I'd give you $250 each for these, but alas...
There is always another machine around the corner...
