Default Sum pachi with no power to shooter or payout

    Hello,
I am a new member that joined before I went out and bought a Pachi. I read most of the threads on the site and saw most issues could be traced back to the Dongle. I found a local person selling a Sumo Pachi so I decided to jump in and purchase it. The machine worked until a year ago and it has just sat until now.
The shooter does not work and the payout seems to be down as well. At the moment the LCD and everything works including sound. There is no dongle and I have replaced the fuses. I cant find a reason for no power to the shooter or the payout but I suspect its the connection that comes apart for service with the handle that inserts it. I have added hundreds of balls to ensure that wasnt the issue. The blue F1 module has a button and a window which I assume it is a power light and it does nothing when pressed. Any help would be appreciated and I love the site.
