I agree it is way too long. That jackpot arm has to be able to come all the way down. I would push the jackpot arm all the way down and then at the same time hold the lever with the rod down and that distance will be your length.

    SUCCESS!!:katebush:

The piece I had in there obviously was not the correct piece of wire. I tried what you guys said and 'bingo'... You hit the nail on the head. So rather than ruin a piece that I may desire to use late I made another wire just the right length, which by the way would not work until I got it just right.

The whole thing works great now!!! that only took 10 months

...I guess I need another one now?

I have a Sanyo identical to yours, with the King and all. At some point in the past, somebody retrofitted a bulb socket into the area behind what you labeled as "C".
When I had to reverse engineer the wiring to make my lights work, I noticed that the empty tray switch is actually SPDT..

I wired the "A" light as usual, but then wired "C" to the unused side of the switch. So now the orange light is always on during normal play, and remaining lit during a payout as well. When the ball tray is empty, the orange light goes off and the red one comes on! Unnecessary I know, but adds something to the experience.

Hi. Brand new here. I have a Sanyo Comet II very similar to BigBadger. Front is different, but back is VERY similar. Looking at the photo of the upper right section, where does the game get it's power from? I see no place to put batteries. Mine has a vertical fuse in that section.

    Thanks for any insights.

    Jeff

power to the little barbs that are sticking out.. its been a while since i put power to a Comet II

its low voltage so no worries.. trial and error. use a 9 volt and put power to the tabs.. one you unscrew it you can see power wo the post that goes to the fuse.. then test test where to hook the neg (probably the next post in line)

    and of course
