Beast Sapp small silver power supply

There is a small silver power supply (AN 1011) on the door. Wires connect to the main power supply with the connector next to the main power in. I measure 120v ac going into the power supply. There is a connector with two blue and two red wire coming out to the power supply and I can not get any power out. Could someone check and see what output power you are getting.

the only thing on the door with that type of voltage going in would be a belly light ballast .i take it you lost a belly light ?
