Default Star Wars Darth Vader Chance Button has a rotating bezel

I now have a (slightly damaged, but that's for another post) Star Wars Fever Darth Vader pachinko machine. Something I've noticed is the ring surrounding the Chance Button rotates with definite 'clicks' as if it were some sort of selector. I haven't played enough to figure out if it's used anywhere in the gameplay. Anyone here know?

Photo of the Chance button in question and a photo of the new unit (right) next to my vintage 1969 NishiJin (left) and 2004 Star Wars (center).

In normal mode there is also a card game, with this knob you can choose between the left or right card to play.

    Agreed, nice setup.

Were those cabinets purchased somewhere? If so, where from?

The cabinets were purchased from Slot-Pachinko in Texas. They come partially assembled and unfinished, with two feet for free-standing set up and backer board for wall mounting. All hardware (screws, grommets, etc. are included). All three machines fit perfectly with very little additional modification. I lined the bottom catch chute with thin foam to deaden the sound of balls hitting wood and added a foam feeder tube from the upper ball hopper to the top of the pachinko machine upper tray.

Items were promptly shipped but email confirmation, tracking numbers, and answers to email correspondence had a little bit to be desired on my last purchase. I'll give them the benefit of considering that my order was placed during the ice storms consuming the midwest that last few weeks.

    They were purchased from Slot-Pachinko.com.
